It is home to many architectural and historical elements such as the statue of the Fallen Angel, the Fountain of Los Galapagos, the Palace of Vel\u00e1zquez and the Crystal Palace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For many visitors, the latter is the most beautiful monument in the park. It was designed by the Spanish architect Ricardo Vel\u00e1zquez Bosco for the exhibition of the Philippines, the last Spanish colony, at the end of the 19th century.
