The customer service and attention to detail is absolutely key here. I was warmly greeted by my last name each time a member of staff saw me. I felt safe walking to my room each time. The room was nice and clean, I was hoping to see Socrates during my stay, on my last morning I was able to hold him. That made me very happy, such a lovely cat. I would definitely stay here again!

In my lifetime I ha e never experienced such!!! The hotel is by far the best I have ever stayed in. There is not one thing I could say bad about Le Bristol and can’t wait to return. Well...I do want to mention one thing. We had dinner at Épicure and left a €200 tip that only AFTER we checked out did I see that I’m not sure it was applied! I am so despondent. We wanted the staff (especially Clara) to know how wonderful an experience she presented along with all others. I don’t want them to think we did not appreciate their hard work.
