Thank you Anielle for the wonderful service, we had an amazing stay at The Ritz Carlton. Really really appreciate your assistance for making the dinner reservation at The Grill and also arranging the surprise birthday cake for my boyfriend. I’m really grateful for the room upgrade which we did not expect. We met a lot of friendly staff. Pablo from front desk, Gret from Horizon & Amma from The Grill. They provided such excellent service and hospitality during our stay and made the experience wonderful.
