Very nice hotel ,the restaurant was very nice and the food was very good. The view from our room at 1719 was great. Checking was very good but we did not receive all of our amenities due to our short stay. Called the Operator the next day I advised that we were checking out at 8:30 am but she said we would get the amentie upon our next visit? We had a flight to catch but the hotels handlingvof the matter could have been better. They left a door hanger at 5pm and never followed up I found the door hanger the next day heading to check out and breakfast. The entire event was complexing to me.
Wonderful to have received such a good upgrade - I’d love it if this happened every time I arrived at a hotel! Only negative was the building work being carried out around the pool, though admittedly this was later in the afternoon. One more thing - bearing in mind the single chairs on the beach were free of charge to hotel residents, I don’t think that it was right to charge $25 for an umbrella, nor at least $100 for a ‘day bed’
