I have stayed at the Emiliano in SP since it first opened. There is no other hotel at this level of sophistication, service, quality, attention to detail, and friendliness in Sao Paulo - it is one of my favorite hotels in the world.

Very positive impression. The room was perfect, the staff very friendly and efficient, everything went smoothly with a great general sensation of comfort and measured luxury. The only points for improvement will be: 1) the welcoming free bottle of red wine that was placed in the room was a very cheap spanish wine - maybe better not to put anything at all - 2) breakfast was fantastic but most of the pastries (croissant, bread) were re-heated, and were falling apart like crumbles. Globally a very pleasant experience and congratulations to the team.

The Emiliano is perfectly situated in a great neighborhood of São Paulo with cafes, restaurants, and shopping nearby. Our suite was lovely. The only downside was I didn’t expect to have to pay for coffee to go in the room coffee maker or more than 1 water bottle per person per day, although the charges are minimal. We did appreciate the beautiful dessert treats that were left for us daily though. The staff was also lovely. It was a very nice stay!

All of the service was great. Every time staffs took care of us and kept smiling. Actually I broken one wine glass midnight in my room and they not only cleaned it up speedy but also they change every amenity to new one in the meanwhile. Their service was more than expected. The point that was not good is check in. I arrived there at 4:00pm, but they said that my room hadn’t got ready yet. That’s why, I needed to wait for one hour at the lobby.
