By now we have been guests in this hotel for many years. What makes this hotel so special?: It is the quality of its staff on all levels. This hotel got a soul that you can see and feel. One example?: When you happen to meet a room maid on the floor, the room maid (who all carry a classic "uniform") step aside with their back to the wall (despite the fact the floor is very wide and you could pass easily) and greet you with a warm smile and a cordial greeting. Radiating (their rightful) dignity and respect (for the guest) . And this politeness and client focus is being upheld through all the ranks and service.
