Hotel Amigo

With nods to the works of Magritte and Hergé from the lobby onwards, and complimentary chocolates by Pierre Marcolini, Hotel Amigo embraces its Belgian identity. Artistic director Olga Polizzi has designed interiors that are delightfully contemporary and playfully whimsical, whilst staying true to the hotel’s Brussels heritage. Tintin even has a suite dedicated to his adventures, and the cocktail bar, which hosts jazz concerts, is adorned with surrealist paintings very much in keeping with the city’s spirit. The rich colour palette used to decorate the rooms sets an enthusiastic tone, whilst under the supervision of the leading Italian chef Fulvio Pierangelini, the Bocconi restaurant offers cuisine with transalpine finesse in a commedia dell’arte interior.
