    I have stayed at over 400 hotels in my life. Mostly luxury hotels that claim to be the best 5 star hotels of the world. This hotel is by far the best I have stayed at so far in terms of quality of service, friendliness of staff, food & beverage quality, hotel condition, hotel amenities and most of all value for money. I paid triple the rate last week at supposedly one of the best hotels of Monaco and didnt receive a quarter of what this hotel offers. This hotel has truly become my favorite hotel in Europe.

    The staff work hard to make you feel welcome - some staff still need some training. At breakfast outside is a pleasant experience, but the pigeons need sorting out as they are a hygiene risk - ESPECIALLY when they jump up on the food preparation area and no attempt is made to stop this or sterilise the surfaces before carrying on with the preparation of guest breakfast orders.
