Nearly 500 works punctuate the journey, keeping guests company through corridors, arrivals and pauses, to dress the walls as if it's an aristocratic home. At the Europejski Grill, blue-and-white décor frames generous Polish cooking, from żurek to veal tongue, all the way through to aged beef, while at the Long Bar, you can order a Warsaw Sling at the marble counter, then contemplate the ceiling. In the Pompeian room, a period piano is tucked behind the door, a reminder of the elite rendezvous of the 1920s.
