The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin

The Ritz-Carlton Berlin overlooks Potsdamer Platz behind a light-coloured sandstone façade and Art Deco lines inspired by Berlin’s golden age, whilst the rooms themselves draw their inspiration from German cinema. Arnd Heissen wrote the cocktail book for the Curtain Club, where guests sip drinks from leather armchairs, and came up with the concept for Fragrances bar. Based on designs by Tina Berning, drinks there are crafted to match the fragrance the guest is wearing. At six o’clock, a moon-themed mural appears on the mirror in the Lounge.
