Further inside, The Spice Route offers a dual journey; firstl, culinary, featuring Chef Mustian Gadang’s Indonesian-inspired prawn rendang. The second is visual; diners are surrounded by columns salvaged from a Kerala temple and nine-stage frescoes recounting the cycle of life. It is a beautiful setting for genuine contemplation.
