    All of the staff, without fail, were peasant, charming and helpful, especially the front desk/concierge. The room was excellent: comfortable, spacious and well-maintained, and the staff pleasant and very flexible in timings. The location, right on the edge of/inside the Tivoli Gardens was outstanding. The roof-top poll deserves a special mention - fantastic views and pleasantly warm in early May. One minor criticism was the breakfast, which was unexciting, and the orange juice was lamentable!

    We stayed during Covid times in late April 2021 and despite this had a fantastic stay. The hotel has a very interesting location close to the centre of Copenhagen but also set within Tivoli Park. However, what really sets the hotel apart is the customer service which we felt was probably the best we have ever experienced in many, many hotel visits. All the staff were without fail extremely attentive, courteous and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we will be returning to the Nimb on our next visit to Copenhagen (we had previously stayed at another of Copenhagen's premier hotels). Special mention should be made of Magnus, Fleming, Frederik and Fanid.
