In Tivoli Gardens, behind a Moorish-inspired domed façade, each one of the Nimb’s 38 rooms is different, all furnished with antiques; while the trees of the park and its famous Ferris wheel almost touch the windows. The dining experience reflects Danish geography; Fru Nimb prepares smørrebrød at lunchtime, whilst the brasserie overlooks the North Sea and the Limfjord. In his pastry workshop, Sylvain Tarpi teaches guests how to use a piping bag to decorate a cake named after the park.
