Excellent service from all people. Very comfortable hotel.
Elegant, clean, spacious, because of COVID-19 not all areas where open as normal, atmosphere is probably much better in a normal situation. Felt like all precautions where taken regarding COVID-19. Felt a bit over the top that all personeel had to wear a mask also where distance could be kept. Do all over understand that all “Hilton” hotels world wide needs to have the same regulations.
The staff is amazing. The circumstances were difficult because of corona, but we didn't noticed it. Everybody gave the best of himself.
We were highly impressed. I have already personally emailed the hotel and reviewed the hotel on Tripadvisor. We decided to catch an earlier flight home so that my husband could attend and urgent meeting. The hotel could not have been more facilitating and it was their efficiency on checking out that assisted us in making our flight.
