This hotel is absolutely unbelievable. From the moment you step off the plane and proceed to the yacht transfer where you are served champagne for the boat ride to the boat ride back to the airport, everything was spectacular. The over water villa was so spacious and had every amenity you could want. We had our own personal concierge person, Shane Shen, who was so helpful and wonderful. The food in the restaurants and the drinks in the bar was delicious. The guys who ran the beach activities (sailing, etc.. ) were so helpful and nice. The person who cleaned our room did such an amazing job everyday. I honestly cannot think of one negative thing to say about this incredible hotel. Waldorf definitely sets the bar when it comes to hotels and service. Really, the ONLY thing we would have liked differently would to have the restaurants open at 6:00pm instead of 7:00pm. We like to eat early and 7 is just too late for us thus we only ate in 2 of the 11 restaurants for dinner.

This property is fabulous! The staff was very helpful and looked after us very well. A special thanks to our personal concierge YUNUS who made sure we were comfortable and well looked after. The room was just perfect for a family of 3, giving us enough space. The food was outstanding at every restaurant we ate. The chefs were kind enough to make dishes exactly as per our requests even if it wasn't in the menu. By far this has been our best holiday and a much needed break given the current scenario. We definitely want to go back soon!!
