The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Resorts Collection
Wanship, United States
The village bears the name of Wanship, a chief of the peoples who travelled the Weber valley and its banks long before the first settlers arrived. Coal from Coalville, silver from Park City and timber from Kamas later passed along this valley floor, between hills of sagebrush. Below Wanship Dam, the river stays cool in high summer, and brown trout hold in it.
