Our experience was 10/10 from from early checking and late departure ( 2 hours as requested ) all the staff from breakfast ( mention of Lorenzo - excellent and good PR ) to front desk to concierge ( Mr Karim ) were exceptional . Hotel clean and toiletries as well as special requests ( extra towels and feather pillows ) were taken care of . Excellent location .
