A label of exception in hospitality

Lartisien is a collection of 450 exceptional hotels across the globe, but how do we choose these addresses that we recommend? We do it through an in-depth analysis of every property, and demanding quality controls and evaluations by our founders themselves, Ivan and Rouslan Lartisien, with nothing but excellence in mind. The Collection is also reviewed every year and only the hotels that our members systematically rate ‘Remarkable' are retained.

travelers choose Lartisien ?

The iconic London landmark’s an endless carousel for the very rich and famous and it’s no wonder, given Claridge’s reputation.

“A byword for luxury” is how they refer to themselves; the guest walking through the hotel’s Art Deco doors knows exactly what to expect, understands the lengths the staff will go to satisfy every whim and fancy. This is the hotel, after all, that royals cal...

Thank you, Grand Luxury Hotel Group for helping us with great accommodations and other perks. Breakfast included and free upgrade if available, and it was. Claridges and all its team of people were amazing. The room was magnificent. I wrote up a review on Trip Advisor and mentioned that the perks that Grand Luxury Hotel Group helped us with. Thank you.

The Claridge's is at the best location for shopping at Bond street and Selfridges and Bond street subway station is less than 100m away and there are always available taxis in front of the hotel and concierges eager to assist. The staff is very professional, friendly and polite. They strike the right balance between friendliness and professionalism. The rooms after the refurbishment of the hotel are excellent. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom facilities excellent and technologically advanced. We were given a huge upgrade to a renovated suite with a huge living room for this stay but the renovated deluxe room we stayed in last time we were at Claridge's is also an excellent, comfortably sized room. The food and service at the Foyer and Reading room Restaurant are exceptional. The Claridge's is currently at the top of our hotel list not just in London but everywhere we have stayed.

The hotel is lovely and holds special memories for us. The staff are all excellent but sadly it is not what it was. Since they have added a large number of extra room the hotel is very busy and has lost its are of elegance and serenity. On Saturday early evening we were unable to get into any of the bars in the hotel - even as a resident. We had to wait in the foyer until a space became available . Our double upgrade was much appreciated (thank you). unfortunately there was a problem in our room with the hot water - there was not any on Sunday evening . The hotel moved us to a different suite for our last night. I feel that there should be at least another bar maybe for residents .
