This is one of the BEST — if not the best— services I have seen in a 5 star hotel. Truly remarkable and professional staff and a classic, royal service with details that reveal this hotel belongs to novelty. Beautifully appointed rooms and generosity pouring all over: from the top notch toiletries, the towels left in abundance, the attention to the details such as coffee or tea service. I will return 1 000 times to this hotel, a gem not to be missed.

Capacabana Palace is the Burj al Arab in Dubai or the Hong Kong Peninsula, but in Rio ... a timeless classic style and a remarkable art de vivre (high level service). the benevolence and personalization are remarkable.
