It was a great experience. The hotel staff was really helpful and kind, answering all the questions and explaining the hotel services available as well relevant places ti visit in Budapest. The hotel manager was helpful and running a very good team.

Great experience. The only "negative" point is the size of the room a bit too small for 3 people also because the room layout was not optimized wit a long corridor at the entrance not really useful. Instead good level of of food in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner) and great support by the concierge to find tickets for the theatre

The hotel was excellent, with good facilities and a lovely room. The service was outstanding, in all aspects, from the front desk to the concierge. We also ate a couple of times in the hotel restaurant and it was also excellent.
