The staff was profesional, courteous, and very accommodating, they make us feel at home. When we got there, my wife felt sick, she usually gets affect by the altitude, Alex, the person who welcome us at the Monasterio, was very attentive and made sure my wife got what she needed to feel better, I am very grateful for that. Everybody that we encounter, were very friendly, and ready to assist us in wherever we needed.

It was a beautiful hotel. The staff and service were amazing. We cannot find any fault or problems with our stay in the Monaterio. My only comment would be that the products, lotion, shampoo, etc. were very fragrant, almost overpowering. The comment does not reflect any sort of unhappiness with our overall experience which was wonderful. We would look forward to staying with you again, either in this hotel or another in your brand. We truly had a luxurious experience and would highly recommend others to stay with you.

Beautiful hotel and scenery. Very professional staff from doorman to restaurant staff. Definitely recommend if in Cuzco.
