The hotel was very relaxing and the facilities were superb, some of the service in the Bar/Beach was especially slow and they were missing the necessary staff and systems to get it at the expected level. They know this and are working on it. The food and the rooms and the concierge service was excellent and everyone was very friendly and curtious
