Very friendly staff, wonderful location and perfect breakfast, restaurants and especially afternoon tea. Everything was perfect nothing to complain except of the discussion before in your company.
My stay was shocking ! toiletries were limited - i had to ask for shower gel which was not refilled hairdryer was broken - had to ask for another one no coffee provided only decaf- had to ask for regular coffee telephone in room was not connected steak was burnt ! - they took it back and made another one very understaffed and staff not given proper training you are spoiling your brand as this is certainly not on a luxury level i stayed there in feb 2019 which was a good experience that is why i went back

It is a beautiful hotel. Maintenance of our room could be improved, ex. curtains in our room had no stoppers and fell down when turn down service pulled them shut at night. I have no specific complaints but overall service in the restaurants should be brought up to a higher standard for this category of hotel.
