Six Senses Ibiza
In the north of Ibiza, Cala Xarraca is nestled amongst the pine trees and cliffs, far from the harbours of the Southern coast. An electric minibus takes you to Can Tanca, the neighbouring farm where the Farm Learning Centre follows the agricultural year, from sowing to seasonal harvests. Near the oven, guests learn to make flaó, an Ibizan cake made with fresh cheese and mint, served with the herbal liqueur (elixir d’hierbas) that accompanies it on the island. At La Plaza, vegetables from the farm are paired with fish caught in the bay. Farm Harvest Day combines a guided tour, harvesting and a Mediterranean brunch, whilst the twelve-hectare organic farm provides the barbecue.
