Another fabulous stay at the Carlylle. Stayed in the Rosewood suite - beautiful rooms with unbelievable 30th floor views. Every member of staff hold extremely high standards & service is fantastic. Guest services excelled with Christmas stockings containing gifts left on every door on Christmas Eve. A lovely touch. The Carlyle still holds, for me, the accolade of best hotel I’ve stayed in & deserves repeat visits.
