Largely the customer service was exceptional. The only area that could be improved are the Check-in staff to the restaurants.
What a stunning hotel and the service is impeccable! From the moment you pull into valet the 5 star service doesn't stop. The Peninsula thinks of everything, from the pillow case with your initials on it, the dog bed w/ amenities, to the Rolls Royce down to Rodeo for shopping! What a fabulous weekend, many thanks!
The rooms and bathrooms are outdated. Not enough charging places for electronics, carpet and furniture dirty in our room. Service is impeccable. Beautiful hotel
