The staff and art make the hotel!! They are exceptional, except perhaps dining service providers. They were less friendly and didn’t deliver what they said they would on a few occasions. It is a little far from city and rooms need a little TLC ( leaking shower, torn bed cover, step down into shower and toilet). Nevertheless, it is a special place and the cooking class was a BIG highlight of our whole trip!

Great AMAZING hotel. However I would like to inform you of the following: We had booked the Siam Suite, which is the room we were given at our arrival. No upgrade, which is no problem, as we know it is only possible if there is availability. Once we were in the room, we were very surprised that there are NO windows in this type of room. Very claustrophobic feeling. We were told all rooms in this category were without windows! We asked for a different room and were upgraded to a River View Suite at no additional charge. This room was perfect. I think it would be wise to inform your guests that the Siam Suite has no windows. I also think you should contact the hotel, as it appears they DID have availability for an upgrade after all...this is clearly a breach of your agreement with hotels to provide an upgrade if there is availability.

Fantastic boutique hotel with so much attention to details! Great service and very well trained staff! A very fine experience overall that I would recommend to my friends!
