Great. Excellent service. Except that the hotel is too rigid on late checkout.
The St Regis New York was pure luxury. The entire staff was professional, detailed oriented, and excelled in customer service. Our Superior Room was elegant and spacious with butler service. The French press coffee was fresh and hot. The hotel is located on 55th street mid-town. Centrally located to fine dining and the theater district. We utilized the hotel’s complimentary luxury house car to travel to our restaurants. Wonderful perk! The Astor Court restaurant had an amazing breakfast and brunch was exceptional. I would definitely return to the St Regis.
