Set amidst the cobblestone streets of Tribeca, the design narrative of this residence draws upon the neighbourhood's textile history, with a cyan-blue and arnica-yellow façade, vibrant fabrics, and art objects that create a dialogue extending into every corner. Designed by Stonehill Taylor and envisioned by Kit Kemp, alongside her daughters Minnie and Willow, the 60 guest rooms each boast a distinctive character, and some open onto small private gardens planted with ferns, cedars, and pollinator-friendly flora. In the lobby, a forest of woven baskets by Cristián Mohaded sets the tone for a bold and singular aesthetic. Further inside, Martha Freud’s ceramics conceal tiny fairies and wheelbarrows within their mushroom-shaped forms. The Warren Street Bar & Restaurant shows the same attention to detail in its long pewter bar, Tall Trees porcelain, and the Orangery, where works by Robina Jack sit alongside a fireplace and a collection of British ceramics. Finally, a visit to the Drawing Room, complete with chessboard, backgammon set, and honesty bar, offers a true sense of home right in the heart of Manhattan.

The Two Bedroom Warren Terrace Suite comes with its own little patch of shade, suspended high above Tribeca.
The Roast
Sunday Roast, somewhere between a British Sunday lunch and a New York brunch, with Prime Rib at the centre of the table.
The Tea
