It had been a few years since my last visit and it felt very much like "going home". The room felt fresh and welcoming. Our touch points with the hotel staff - especially housekeeping, concierge and the waitresses/waiters in the restaurant - were special; it's a really good, motivated, well-trained, caring staff.
