Great service provided by all staff, including the concierge, room service and in-room dining teams. The service at tThe Lounge restaurant was also excellent. The room was very nice and clean.

The four seasons hong kong did not meet my expectation that I would have towards the other four seasons in other regions. However, the room size was larger than expected. The pool was excellent. I could see the sign of wear on the facilities of the hotel but still well managed.

I stay in a lot of hotels around the world. I have a small set of favourites, like the Palace in Tokyo, the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok, the Alvear Palace in Buenos Aires, the Lancaster in Paris, the Excelsior in Cologne, the Campton Place in San Francisco.... The Four Seasons is one of my favourites also - and moving ever closer ot hte top oif the list.

The Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is not in the business of creating cookie cutter hotel experiences. Each property has a distinct feel, and the group’s newest- and flagship- opening, on Hong Kong’s Kowloon waterfront, might just be the biggest proof of that.

Designing a hotel over the top 16 floors of Hong Kong's tallest building lends an immediate advantage: The location alone makes it a showstopper. But the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong does not stop here, taking luxury to new heights in every possible way.
