Very good service: the room was ready early at my arrival; flexibility - allowed me to use the steam room at the spa without an appointment. Great bar.

We loved our stay at the Bel Air. The upgraded room was especially appreciated. Breakfast included was also appreciated and delicious. The welcome amenity wonderful! We at both nights at your Wolfgang restaurant which was perfect ,as was our time in your Bar. Friendly staff from check in to check out. We have stayed at several of the Dorchester Hotels and this one was really special. Thank everyone so much!

The service is very good; the suite (at least the more expensive one we had) was really well designed and the patio lovely. The premises are nice, also the spa. The bar is really a place to meet people and also eating at the restaurant was a pleasure. The only suggestion would be that the information of the vaccination status etc. would be shared with the bar/spa etc. for the guests as it is recorded in the check-in. Sort of silly that it is asked in the different parts of the hotel again IF you show you are a hotel guest.
