Quite possibly the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay at. From the moment the hotel chauffeur collected me at the airport and shared the history of Monaco with me to the personalised friendly welcome by the reception team who upgraded me to the most delightful Junior Suite, the attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. The restaurant staff, the concierge team and the porters all made me feel welcome and valued as a guest, greeting me with a smile and hello every time I walked by. Customer service is very important to me and I cannot fault the team at Hotel de Paris. They anticipated my every need and more. The hotel itself is stunning and despite being in a prime location, the bedroom was peaceful.. I slept incredibly well every single night. How I can possibly stay anywhere else when I next return to Monaco as no other hotel could come close to what you offer. An absolutely exquisite experience. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
