Monte-Carlo hotels collection

In Monte-Carlo, the lift is how one changes street: public ones have been installed everywhere, linking boulevards stacked up the slope. The quarter keeps its Belle Époque cream stucco façades, its wrought-iron canopies, the gilding of the Salle Garnier; close by, the gardens of the Petite Afrique slope down beneath the araucarias. Opposite, the Rock holds its palace above the harbour. Short of land, Monaco takes it from the sea, and its new gardens grow on former seabed.
