Amazing from arrival to departure Nothing was to much trouble Front desk to the quality of the room My only critique would be of the breakfast as the cold selection was a bit on the mean side

The hotel is very nice and we have enjoyed an upgrade but frankly speaking it was too crowded and I believe the staff was not adequate to face so many people. Xmas dinner was ok but too many people Special mention to Franz in the concierge! Very professional and helpful Food ok but not excellent
