Rosewood Vienna

Rosewood Vienna overlooks Petersplatz, in Goldenes Quarter, and the terrace of the Neue Hoheit frames the copper dome of St Peter’s. It was here that Mozart courted Constanze Weber; the café on the ground floor bears her first name and displays old paintings from the hotel’s archives, in which eagle-eyed observers will be able to spot Petersplatz and the Graben. The hotel works directly with local artisans, including J. & L. Lobmeyr – glassmakers for six generations and former suppliers to the Habsburg court – and the bootmaker Markus Scheer.
