Terre Blanche Hôtel Spa Golf Resort
Set in the hills of the Pays de Fayence, Terre Blanche celebrates the traditional crafts of the region. A cycle ride takes guests to local producers, whilst the pottery workshop features a potter’s wheel. At Faventia, Quentin André – who has worked alongside Pierre Gagnaire since 2013 – works with Fabien Ghini to create the Sentiers Méditerranéens menu, crafted ingredient by ingredient around the short seasonal cycles of the surrounding area. An olive oil blend created for the estate makes its way from the gardens into the spa treatments, before the hammam and the snow shower. The two golf courses, Le Château and Le Riou, open up through gaps in the pine trees towards Lake Saint-Cassien.
