In the hills of the Pays de Fayence, Terre Blanche distils Provence to its essence. A bike takes you to small producers, where you discover oils, dried flowers and other regional wonders. At Faventia, Quentin André builds the Sentiers Méditerranéens menu around short seasons and the surrounding land. The Terre Blanche oil, made from the estate's olives, then moves from garden to treatment room, between hammam and snow shower, free of kitsch. On the way back, Lake Saint-Cassien appears between the hills, above the greens.
