Fantastic stay at the Berkeley Rooms have been recently refurbished and are amazing Staff are by far the selling point of this hotel Paul on the concierge desk is a legend Pick a warm day and make use of the wonderful rooftop pool A real gem with in London

Fantastic as per usual, big shout out to Maider on the front desk who sorted me out with a new room as the one near the lift was to noisy. Had notice that it was going to be very sunny so booked a room with a balcony - breakfast, lunch on there; was very surprised not to see more people using this wonderful (when sunny) benefit. Also the lead bar tender (sorry forgot his italian name) in the blue bar extremely professional

The bath/shower unit meant you always had a lot of water on the floor when taking a shower, unit a bit old too. One of the tv's kept turning it self off Breakfast staff very attentive. Didn't realise the spa had no sauna and was being refurbished
