In the South of France, the sleepy village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin has a new hotel... one that’s a dazzling block of criss-crossed lines and floor-to-ceiling glass by French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte. This is The Maybourne Riviera.
Even from the beach, some 1,500 feet down, The Maybourne Riviera is a show-stopper with a modernist architecture that seems to emerge from the cliffs... light, translucent and with almost no break between the interior and the exterior. There are just 65 room...

The hotel is absolutely extraordinary. Perfect service (no matter which employee), fantastic view from the room and also at breakfast, both the brasserie and the Ceto (1 star Michelin restaurant) are highly recommended. We also had an indescribable experience that we have never had in any other 5 star hotel: When we returned from our round of golf (the concierge booked the green fees for us) we found a golf ball cake in the room with the inscription "Titleist". We felt very honored!

This is a spectacular hotel. We loved the room and the view was amazing but most importantly the staff was great. Overall an incredible experience and we will be going back.
