I experienced exceptional customer service at all times. All staff were helpful, kind, and professional. My lovely suite was well appointed with two large televisions that had great sound and sharp images, spacious sitting area, dressing room, bedroom, and bathroom. I tried a different dish for breakfast each morning and they were all wonderful! I had a relaxing massage and the visited the spacious hot tub. I visit a lot of luxury hotels and this is my new favorite!

Your white-uniformed man on the main door was highly skilled and compassionate. He looked chinese. I didnt get his name. Please reward him as you can find him based on our time of check-in. He knew how to correctly assist me a handicapped person to the wheelchair with safety and dignity. Everything was perfect about the hotel. The one tiny issue was that at check-in they asked for details as to my daughter's birthday, including the spelling of her name. She overheard it, and it raised an expectation of a small gift or treat fro the hotel, which never materialized. Also, you should upgrade the mattresses in the main bed as well as the sleeper sofa. They gave us backache. Will definitely stay in your hotel in the future.
