When Lartisien first met with Mohamed, strolling about his farm in his comfy shirt and straw hat to protect himself from the heat of the Arabian desert, we thought he had spent his life here, tending to his gardens and animals… However, Mohamed began his journey of self-discovery in the South of France, and today he is leading the way in the UAE when it comes to biodynamic farming. A passion that was born from visiting his grandfather’s gardens every summer, today he is using the latest technology to ensure that food can be produced in a sustainable fashion.

With this immersion, Lartisien wanted to give you the opportunity to experience something that holds the potential to change the world of tomorrow. Meeting with Mohamed at his biodynamic farm, some 45 minutes from Dubai, you will be welcomed to a quiet, relaxing atmosphere where plants are given the time they need to grow and yield the most beautiful of produce. In the company of Mohamed, you will learn what he is trying to achieve and how he is trying to revolutionize the farming industry.

You will also have the opportunity to join Mohamed at the table of Chef Himanshu -one of the best chefs in Dubai, expert of Indian cuisine. Just enough to discover his fragrant and colourful recipes using ingredients and herbs that you will have collected during your tour of the farm (plus 3 hours) • From 1400 AED- For 2 people without the diner
