Ever since he was a child, Chef Moha Fedal has been in love with the look and atmosphere of the great palaces in Marrakech. Today, he is one of the most celebrated Moroccan Chefs in the world, and endeavors to protect and perfect the local gastronomy, taking things to new height and bringing international attention to Moroccan cuisine. Chef Moha has worked at some of the iconic palaces of Marrakech and has his own restaurant at the heart of the city, where he constantly revisits traditional recipes, adding his own modern twists to them.
Discover Moroccan cuisine with Chef Moha Fedal
Meet Chef Moha Fedal in his restaurant Dar Moha. You will then accompany the Chef to the emblematic market of Mellah, found at the heart of the Jewish quarter, in the southern part of the medina of Marrakech, to select the key spices of his cuisine. Back at the restaurant the clients will prepare a flagship dish of Moroccan cuisine of your choice. And then, of course, you will join Chef Moha for an incredible lunch at his restaurant, with stories and anecdotes of his love for Marrakech.
