A cook and mother, she is one of the most important figures in the Mexican gastronomic scene. Chef and owner of Rosetta restaurant, currently number 9 on the 50 Best Latin America list. She also owns a group of popular restaurants and bakeries: the Rosetta Bakery, Lardo, Pizzeria Lardo and Café Nin. Elena is a cook committed to defending the local Mexican product and to social causes related to healthy eating. She has received numerous awards and distinctions, including Latin America’s Best Female Chef in 2014.
An encounter with one of the most talented chefs of Mexico, Elena Reygadas
Taking place Tuesday and Friday mornings, this Lartisien immersion starts with breakfast at the chef’s very own Rosetta or Panaderia Rosetta restaurant in the company of Chef Elena herself. After which, the Elena will accompany you on a tour to discover the history of Mexico City through the local bakeries. Landmarks include La Ideal and Café Tacuba, and the flower market of Mercado de Jamaico. The tour will end with a visit to Rosetta’s bakery and the desert kitchen of Chef Elena.

An experience for 2 to 4 people • 4 hours • This experience can be done on Tuesdays and Fridays • From 1400 dollars - For 2 people • A tour in the City of Mexico with the Chef Elena Reygadas starting with a breakfast with her at Rosetta then after the clients will go on a tour accompanied by the Chef where she will take the clients through a bakeries tour
