We had a perfect stay at the Brown's Hotel. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. We felt so welcome and the hotel was so beautiful it was pure pleasure to enjoy the decoration of each room. I plan to always stay at the Brown's when visiting London. The location of the hotel and the quality of the service was excellent. What more could one want!
