From your very first booking with us, one of our 30 Guest Experience Managers is assigned to you. That's the person who will accompany you on all your travels. A weekend getaway to the jagged mountains of Italy, a family holiday to Asia or a recommendation of a new restaurant to try, there is nothing your GEM can't help you with, and over time, your tastes and preferences will become theirs so they can better assist you.
One of the high points of our partnership with the hotels invited to join our Collection is the exclusive benefits they are willing to offer to our members. And these benefits just get better with each reservation you make! On your first booking with us, this means the best room in the category you choose, and a room upgrade subject to availability.
Lartisien is a collection of 450 exceptional hotels across the globe, but how do we choose these addresses that we recommend? We do it through an in-depth analysis of every property, and demanding quality controls and evaluations by our founders themselves, Ivan and Rouslan Lartisien, with nothing but excellence in mind. The Collection is also reviewed every year and only the hotels that our members systematically rate ‘Remarkable' are retained.
A passion for hotels and a commitment to outstanding service is at the core of everything they do and today, they have built a hugely loyal following who come to Lartisien for the unparalleled service and upgrades, the concierge service and personalised assistance. — FORBES

For years now, the Firmdale hotels have been on a quest to break the code of what a “good little London hotel” ought to be, and their latest may be the most subversive of the lot. For one, it’s found in a miniature village at the heart of Soho complete w...
Great position, staff were extra helpful and the hotel is a friendly and warm place to stay. We will be back.
Impeccable service, every detail attended to. Courteous, informative staff who inspire a relaxed but sophisticated vibe. Service is second to none. The rooftop terrace is an oasis of serenity and escape from the urban energy and pace. One of my favorite all time hotels. Absolutely impressed in every way.
The overall Ham Yard experience is second to none
Amazing Hotel in the heart of SOHO - We had a great time and the hotel was exactly as we imagined. The amazing staff, the fascinating clocks by the lift, the art, the open terrace, and the really amazing room we stayed in. Clean, elegant, and a true 5*. We did not try out the spa or the 10 pin bowling, but this was on purpose as we will return soon.

The hotel is ideally situated for all the major attractions of London, including its shopping. The hotel is about 45 minutes from Heathrow Airport by car, and about 75 minutes from Gatwick Airport.
Check-In is at 3 P.M. and check-out is at 12 P.M. Early check-ins and late check-outs are possible but may be subject to charges.

The Superior Room is the entry-level room and stands at 31m² with a full size work desk, a sitting area, and a bathroom of granite and oak materials. Suites start at the Luxury Junior Suite and come with a larger living area at 45m². The signature suites are residential apartments, like the Terrace Suite, which offers 145m² of space, including a separate powder room, a dining area and a larger marble bathroom. Breakfast and lunch can also be enjoyed out on the terrace with a view of the London skyline.
The hotel has one location that serves as both the restaurant and bar. The Ham Yard Restaurant and Bar serves an all-modern European menu set to the beautiful design and decor of Kit Kemp. An a la carte breakfast is also served there daily, which includes a continental menu, and an American option. The restaurant also serves a traditional British Afternoon Tea in the evening.
The Ham Yard Restaurant and Bar does have vegetarian and vegan options.
The hotel offers the services of the Soholistic Spa, with a selection of aromatherapy massages and beauty treatments, a nail salon and a fully-equipped fitness center with personal training available upon request. The hotel also has a sauna and steam room.
