Ever since this summer residence first opened its doors in 1870, it has attracted privacy-seeking artists and great minds, who thrive in this estate on the southern tip of the Cap d’Antibes. Three sites, each with their own unique character, await: the Hôtel du Cap, housed in a historic building dating back to the time of Napoleon III; the Pavillon Eden Roc; and Les Deux Fontaines, all of which make for tranquil havens. Colours, light and confident lines come together in perfect harmony with the surroundings. Set away from the rest, two secluded villas subtly create the illusion of being at home; but a home with (almost) limitless possibilities. Dior-branded spa treatments, water sports, five tennis courts shaded by Aleppo pines, palm trees and olive groves, yoga, and a seawater infinity pool blending into the Riviera horizon all offer irresistible temptations. What we like
The swim
The saltwater pool, carved into the basalt in 1914, has a way of making the beach seem almost unnecessary.
