Excellent quality of service in all areas of the hotel. From Concierge to Reception, from Il Giardino to Housekeeping. We have been at some of the best hotels in the world. Hotel Eden ranks ahead of the rest.

It was a wonderful stay from the Receptions staff to the rooftop restaurant staff, rooms, restaurant view etc. My only peve was that Concierge only knew about deluxe versions of everything: restaurants, guided tour of the Forum, transfer to Sorrento etc. This is good, but we were looking for a more authentic experience and he was not able to advise us on that. Nonetheless, he was charming and did his best.

Very beautiful hotel, very helpful and kind staff, great breakfast, beautiful restaurant on top level. Diner not the best (yet). Compared to Hassler and The Russie, is Hotel Eden to our opinion of a higher standard. Only minor point: beds too soft.
