The Lanesborough
At Hyde Park Corner, the Lanesborough takes the Regency aesthetic to its logical conclusion. Alberto Pinto oversaw the refurbishment of the interiors, and Shay Cooper’s Grill is situated beneath a conservatory roof. The Garden Room houses cognacs and armagnacs dating back to the 18th century, alongside Cuban cigars, in a cellar curated by Yeni Momblan, one of the few female cigar sommeliers in London. Tea time is inspired by Queen Charlotte, with porcelain and pastries befitting the era that shaped the hotel’s design.
