Le K2 Palace

Courchevel, France

Le K2 Palace

Cospillot ski run leads right up to K2 Palace, six chalets arranged in a semicircle beneath the Dent du Villard. Suzanne and Philippe Capezzone, who built their first chalet in Courchevel 20 years ago, have blended Himalayan influences with Alpine woodwork, and the names used within reflect this; you can visit the Goji spa, or Bottleneck bar, named after the corridor at the summit of K2. The family’s touch is evident in every room; Thomas Capezzone designed the chalet suites, whilst Suzanne took care of the interiors and curated the art displays. L’Altiplano restaurant serves up refined Peruvian cuisine, using sustainable ingredients, bringing the culinary styles of South America all the way to the Alps.
