Maison Villeroy

On Rue Jean-Goujon, Maison Villeroy is housed in a 1908 townhouse that French craftsmen have restored piece by piece, from the alabaster staircase in the atrium to the Calacatta marble fireplaces. Bar Jean Goujon has retained its original gold-leaf mouldings. There are 11 guest rooms, and a six-table dining room; Trente-Trois, where Sébastien Sanjou – born in Bigorre into a family that has been producing and selling food for five generations – serves dishes inspired by Provence, where his first restaurant is, a 16th-century sheepfold in the Var. It was awarded a Michelin star in 2013, while Trente-Trois received its own Michelin star in 2021.
